Psychoanalytic theory, with its description of primary processes of human activity, offers new approaches to understand groups and organizational behaviour. The author has gathered theories from different sources, proving that there are connections among them. In the last chapter he exposes his own ideas to explore the relation between psychoanalysis and groups and organization work.
