This author’s whole thing was telling women how to be more beautiful in his opinion, which is so uncouth these days that this book is unintentionally amusing. That being said, the guy clearly had good intentions. He’s all about self-care and self-love, and to him, that equals beauty. A lot of his eating recommendations actually seem to fit into 2017, though. He’s big on unprocessed foods, whole-grains, and believed every meal should be started with a fresh fruit or vegetable.
