Beyond Sight and Beyond Sound: ideas expressed in poetry

This book is a spot light on life itself – the way it is being lived and experienced by many in difficult situations, like in Nigeria where the author comes from. Many of the poems also touch on love, sadness and joy, especially the miseries of living and philosophy of survival. The work encompasses thoughts that create hope for the oppressed. It is beautiful but goes beyond the beauty of sights and sounds usually expressed in poetry.
