Fort Worth Kids’ View

Every year elementary school teachers are required to teach students about their community as a part of the state curriculum. When teacher, Marilyn Kay Phillips, couldn’t find a book about her community of Fort Worth, Texas, she set out to write one with a little help from six of her former students! The result is this volume–an informative book that explores some of Fort Worth’s most popular historical and cultural attractions and includes special commentary from Fort Worth area kids that provides a unique “Kids’ View” of their favorite fun places! Lots of pictures, too!
