Handbook On The Law Of Remedies: Damages, Equity, Restitution

The field of remedies is a field comprised of materials from three constituent areas – Damages, Equity, and Restitution. McCormick’s hornbook on damages is now over 35 years old; McClintock’s hornbook on equity is almost 25 years old. The area of restitution has never been represented by a hornbook or one-volume treatise of any kind in this country, in spite of a very considerable need for concise summary of a difficult field. It seems apparent that each of these areas stands in need of a concise current work. I hope that this volume will fulfill that need.
