This is a story about the man who wrote the last year of history of the world as we know it today. The startling beginning grows with intensity as the world accepts the reconstruction plans of the planet Elba. Major changes imposed on the United States and the rest of the world keep the citizens on a up-and-down roller coaster ride. Mass destruction of nations and people cause concern as to whether the planet Elba is really for a peaceful universe or only playing games with the planet Earth. Their spokesman “E” portrays his planet as highly intelligent and with a religion we cannot understand. The thought is always present as to who and what really is the planet Elba. Earth begins to again stabilize as the “Chosen Ones” of the various areas of our world complete the reconstruction programs. The dramatic ending to the story will shock some and bring relief to others.
