Presents a novel based on the real life of two of the most important leaders of the Basque separatist group known as ETA (Euskadi Ta Azkatasuna/Basque Homeland and Freedom), Mikel Albizu Iriarte, who became the group’s political chief and the mastermind of several notorious terrorist attacks, and Maria Soledad Iparraguirre Guenechea, ETA’s highest-ranking woman who was accused of involvement in at least fourteen murders as head of both military and extortion operations for ETA.
