Mystery Man

Alex Dien is a brain surgeon and family man, but a gunshot to the head turns him into a serial killer. The knife on the kitchen counter beckons him, images of death fill his mind, and the boy who shot him must pay for what he did. Soon, Alex gets caught up in a bloody game of revenge he cannot keep up with, and the FBI is on his tail. Alex must decide to either listen to the voices in his head, or save his family-from himself.
