Nothing but Trouble

Vannie is not looking forward to this summer. While her parents are looking for work in California, she and her dog Muffy, a toy poodle, have to live on a farm with grouchy old Aunt Bert.

Aunt Bert can’t stand Muffy. She is so irritated by the poor little dog that she doesn’t even notice that strange things are happening on the farm. But Vannie does–and she’s determined to figure out who’s responsible. But then something terrible happens–Muffy disappears! Can Vannie find Muffy and solve the mystery before she has to move to California?
