The Bellman/everything Man: A Hotel Guest Worker’s Tale

The truth is stranger than fiction in this whimsical account of daily life at a popular New York City Upper West Side hotel. Normand Lopez uses a no-holds-barred approach, describing the various characters and situations that crossed his path day in and day out.
