If Creation is the language of the divine, and if, as does any language, it may sometimes fall to ruin, go haywire, become entangled in itself, then there must be in it to begin with a possibility of misrouting; which is thus traceable, theologically speaking, to God Himself… only this in fact would make freedom and history possible, as well as any discourse thereon.
