The Sounds of the Normal Heart

This book is based on thirty years of experience with phonocardiography. Apart from serveral publications on the subject, two previous books by the authro (Heart, 1949 and Heart Beat 1953) contained numerous phonocardiographic documents. The first treaties correlated phonocardiographic data with other clinical evidence of heart disease; the second compared phocardiogrpahy with other graphic methods used in the study of cardiac patients.
